Exclusions

Hotel Pick-Up & Drop-Off — Not included with the regular tour. Guests interested in this service can arrange a VIP/Private Tour with us.

Food & Beverages — Food is not included. The restaurant stop is not available for the 1:00 PM tour. Guests are welcome to bring snacks and water. No alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Personal Items — Water shoes, towels, and waterproof phone cases are not included. We recommend bringing your own for a more comfortable experience.

Please note

Be Adventure Ready: This is an active rainforest experience with 35+ minutes of hiking on muddy, uneven terrain. Good physical condition is required. Ages 5–59.
Proper Shoes Are Required: Wear sneakers or closed-toe water shoes with good grip. No sandals of any kind, flip-flops, Crocs, or slides. Expect to get completely wet and muddy.
Arrive on Time: Please arrive early and contact your guide if you’re running late. A maximum 10-minute grace period may be provided when notified. Late arrivals are considered no-shows.
Check Your Email: Tour times may be adjusted for safety, weather, or guest flow. Any changes or important instructions will be communicated before your tour.
